About the Opportunity
On behalf of a confidential private principal, we are seeking a highly experienced Captain to operate an Airbus A320 in an exclusive VIP private aviation environment. You will join an established pilot team supporting frequent domestic and international flights, delivering the highest standards of safety, discretion, and service excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Flight Operations
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the Airbus A320 across domestic and international routes
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning: route analysis, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and permits
- Perform pre-flight, transit, and post-flight inspections per AFM and company SOPs
- Coordinate with co-pilots, cabin crew, FBOs, ground handlers, and ATC internationally
- Manage overflight permits, landing rights, customs clearance, and diplomatic protocols
VIP Service & Passenger Experience
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and discretion with UHNW passengers
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes in line with the principal's travel requirements
- Collaborate with cabin crew to deliver a seamless, world-class travel experience throughout
Safety & Compliance
- Operate in full compliance with ICAO, EASA, or applicable national aviation regulations
- Participate in all recurrent training, simulator checks, and proficiency evaluations
- Report all safety occurrences and technical defects through the Safety Management System
Crew & Administration
- Coordinate within a multi-pilot team structure managing duty, rest, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate flight records, journey logs, and flight time documentation
What We're Looking For
- Valid ATPL with Airbus A320 Type Rating (A319/A320/A321 family)
- Valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate
- English Language Proficiency – ICAO Level 5 or 6
- Minimum 4,000 flight hours on the A319/A320/A321 family (mandatory)
- Proven commercial airline background (Part 121 or equivalent)
- Experience in international and diverse airspace environments
- VIP, VVIP, or private jet experience – strong advantage
- Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
